Korg Pa1x Pro Error Loading

I'm having problems loading my Pa1X Pro. It wont open. I've downloaded a newer os version but not inserted to keyboard yet and i want to format all my data. Can anyone tell me what to do ?

Please explain exactly what is happening - will your PA1XPro not boot up?
Where/how/when does it fail.
(Apologies, I am not quite sure what you meant by ""won't open")

It turns on, and says Loading PCM Data and thats it. Does not go any further. I need some instructions to factory reset and install OS V3.01 because i have downloaded it (now i have 2.54)

Problem not loading os

Hi friends I do have the same problem that our friend has in this topic
When you turn on the keyboard you will see the page that says loading os and that will continue without any results.
I did tried to load the floppy disks to reset the key but no luck.
Please help me solve this issue

I strongly recommend that you go through a complete process of elimination first:-
New download of OS and resources updates files
New formatted diskettes
Try the full update with overwrite (INTRO1 option).
If it still fails then you may need a Korg service engineer to investigate & repair it.
