4. Revise the arpeggiator to include Up/down, random, and scales

7. faster boot and loading times from SD card
8. MIDI channel choice per part (should allow part layering)
9. per part MFX send level
10. Timeslices to be loopable on the E2S as it was on the ESX with 1/30 of a second being repeated
