Volta sample no sound

Hi

Some slots from different banks have no sound I've checked mutes, length, start point, pitch, decay, volume with no luck. Seems like disabled. This happen with 3 to 5 slots from
each of the 10 bank memory.

Any thoughts...suggestions

Tried a factory reset & bank restore?
