Micro Arranger Question

I finally got my KMA back after nearly 7 months. They replaced the motherboard but I think it is still not working correctly. With the single touch button turned on the RH sound does not change when I change variations. Anyone have any ideas??/

Also, before taking my KMA to the repair shop I did all the backups. But now when I try to restore them I get an error telling me there are not backups on the SD card. Wrong -- there are backup file on the SD card.

Now what do I do??
