KP Mini 2S - Pops and clicks on some effects?

Is someone else having problems with pops and clicks on some effects like Grain Shifter, Mix Grain and Beat Grain? 
The input level on the KP is not clipping, and I have tried lowering the output of the KP, but it doesn't help. I upgraded mine from firmware 1.03 to 1.10 thinking it would fix it, but it didn't.
Can someone confirm this behavior?
