Hi everybody. I am faced with a huge problem. Every time I turn off my korg pa3x something gets deleted. For example this can be a whole user style slot or global settings for pads or even performance folders. I am not sure what to do have reset my korg already. Appreciate every ones help.

I've seen it twice in Pa3X custom sets of clients :
The symptom begins with a Style User bank that is visible but you can't click any style of this bank and in next
reboot this Styles bank is disappeared !
This issue is created when a loaded STY file is binary corrupted , but Pa3X OS can't distinguish what bit is faulty
and problems begin , with the above phenomenon and then this also can lead to pa3X system crash or Bios damage !
This corrupted STY file can be a single style loaded or the whole Style bank STY.
My advice is to make a factory restore and do not load again the whole Style bank that causes this issue ,
not to say ... get rid of this whole SET !
Good luck !

Thanks For your quick response. So in other words, I can never use my styles again? Is there a way to pinpoint the exact style that has the problem. Thanks

As you wrote , one Style bank has issues , so it might be one style from there !
There is a method to find it out but still too risky !
- After factory restore , Open SET , load individually all files except Global PCM and Styles.
- Open Styles file and load one by one all Style banks except the one that had issues.
- Test the set up to this step and then save it if all are working properly.
- As last open faulty Bank file and load one by one all Styles , untill you'll find what caused problem and do not load it again !
- If the whole bank STY file has the issue then loading styles one by one you might recover your Set completely.
Hope this helps
