Battery replacement issues

i have replaced my Oasys CR2032 clock battery with 2 different brands already and the low voltage message still does not dissapear, has anyone had this issue or know why it is happening?

Its been quite a while since I changed the battery, but I think you have to correct the time and date then power off and restart. "Cr2032 batteries should be manufactured by Maxell, Sony or Panasonic." Make sure the polarity of the battery is correct and also the calendar's date and time settings.

Denny, thanks for your tip it helped i had changed the clock date and time once before but i was not hitting enter to save the data entered in the fields, once i did this i powered down and restarted the Oasys and no more message thanks a lot. I was thinking there was a problem with my Oasys but glad to see it is fine.
