Cable for EMX/ESX tube calibration

Hey, I put new JJ tubes in my ESX ages a go and finally want to make the proper cable to calibrate them as one channel is louder than the other.
Here's a diagram of the cable from the service manual: http://imgur.com/a/BI5fg
The problem is I don't really understand the diagram lol, and am not good at soldering.
Could anyone explain in layman's terms the easiest way to make this? I know I need 2 x 2.2M resistors, but not sure which type of cable I should start off with.
Any advice would be much appreciated! Cheers
