NanoKontrol Studio Bluetooth not working in Windows 8.1

Hi all

I'm a newby to the forum so please be gentle

I am really struggling to get my NanoKontrol Studio to work via Bluetooth. I'm running Windows 8.1 and have bought the TrendNet TBW-106UB V2.0R Bluetooth dongle as per the specs. It finds the nano Studio in the bluesolio software but just doesn't connect. I've also tried using the normal windows ways to search for devices but that doesn't even find the nano. Any help will be hugely appreciated
