Hello!

I would like to buy Korg M3.

What are the differences between the Korg M3 version "Xpanded" a previous version? Is it just a change in the software or the hardware change?

It's just software with a small hardware update. The XPanded ships with a larger SD card which allows the extra expansion libraries to be stored internally. You don't need it because the libraries can be stored on a USB stick or you could upgrade the card yourself with a bit of work (it's not easily accessible).
