ODYSSEi for iPad mini 1

I was disappointed to see that my iPad mini 1 is not comparable with OYSSEi. I have been able to run it on my iPhone 6 but would prefer to run it on iPad as it clearly has a bigger screen. Anyone else feel the same way? No chance Korg could issue a version that is compatible? I might just end up buying the Odyssey hardware version but app sounds great has memories and does polyphonic.
Korg Kronos, Hammond XK5 / XLK5, Hammond SK 1, Minimoog Model D, Prophet 5 desktop, Behringer Model D, leslie 145. Microkey 37. Behringer Odyssey.
