Does anyone know whether we will be able to download a demo version of the Italian Grand for the Kronos? I've always liked the Nord Fazioli, and if this is comparable it would be amazing.

The only available demo I have is the following one , which is the Kronos X recorded directly from L-R outputs without any
futher processing and keybed response between 35-127 played velocities , is exactly what you hear :

This is one of three high rated pianos of WavesArt Kronos Pianos Suite :
http://wavesart.eu/KronosEXs/Pianos%20Suite.html
but unfortunately those EXs libraries do not have the demo feature of Korg store stuff !
Hope this helps

That was really annoying!! Playing the Soundcloud demo, clicking on the link because the demo was interesting and actually sounded rather good, only to be bombarded by a second demo from the wavesart website. Please could the autoplay feature be disabled until the visitor decides they want to hear it.

I didn't bother to listen to the Soundcloud recording. Everyone knows that studio recorded, edited, enhanced demos sound nothing like when you play them on your keyboard through your own speakers. Without a download to test on my own system, I would never consider a purchase of a virtual piano.
And with a Soundcloud, you have no idea of the responsiveness of pedalling, half pedalling, string resonance etc.

This is not valid for WavesArt libraries demos , kronos outputs are directly recorded and published , all know that here !
But I have to give my 2 cents for keybed response behavior & pedal functionality against release that can't be easily heard ,
though I believe that strings resonance behavior can be easily distinguished by an experienced pianist only with bared ears.
Anyway it was just a proposal , the choise is exclusively yours !

Am I missing something? As far as I'm aware you've always been able to download fully installable versions of all Korg sample expansions. You just install them on your keyboard as if you have bought them, but the sound will fade out periodically until you purchase a key code.

It was a proposal for Fazioli 10 feet GRD Piano from WavesArt Piano collection , which has no demo mode ,
that's why this kind of conversation is valid , I suppose that all know the demo option of Korg store contents !

No sorry, I was referring to the Italian Grand on the new Korg Grand Stage just presented at NAMM.
If it is truly Korg software, there should be a trial download that fades in and out until you buy the activation key.

Did you tried the KApro EXx75 Italian Grand?
In this case you have a trial download.

Hello, I did the resample for my Kronos, what do you think?

It's great thiagotgc. Most of the sounds are great. In your first play: " Keyscape Yamaha C7 em Kronos" did you play it on Kronos (Kronos used like controller for Keyscape) or you use sampled sound from Keyscape on Kronos (resampled Keyscape sound for Yamaha C7)"? I wish you all best.

In all cases, I resampled directly from VST, and transformed it into KSC for Kronos
I did others too, see:

I can't get my head around how you can get sympathetic resonance without using the SGX2 engine? It's a dedicated engine designed to produce frequencies related to the notes you play, right?
So how can you implement such an effect in Combi mode when Combis are just the combination of other programs? Are they using the resonance from one of the SGX2 pianos as one of the programs, but with zero volume on the samples? Is such a thing even possible?
