Hi I'm new, sorry if this is/has been easily answered but I did do a search. I have a Korg n364 that needed a new cmos battery. It had no sound banks before I put a new battery in, and am wondering if there is a way I can restore the default sounds. Sorry, I don't like to ask people to do work for me, but I can not find a solution on the korg website or with google.

Just found this information on sweetwater.com:
How to Initialize (reset), and preload on the Korg N364/N264:
(Article #16173 Updated on Apr 27, 2007 at 12:00 AM)
Initialization & ROM check: Hold [
Enter] and [
7] while turning it on.
Preload: Disk Load (NSD3)
Hope this helps...

I actually found this last night, but I don't have the disc. I found the disc image, but try finding a blank 3.5 disk these days. Thank you for your reply, my new quest is to find a 3.5 disk.

The N364 takes both types of 3.5" disks - you can use 2DD as well as HD diskettes. Just do a Google search for that kind of disks - there are lots of offers for those to sale. Simply type :3.5 diskettes into the search bar. Even Amazon offers these disks...
Good luck!
Report back how you go on...
