The battery only keeps BIOS time. If you want to be safe you can make a backup PCG on a CF Card or USB stick.

I've done it by USB (selected SAFE ALL), but the file size is 2,3Mb (KSC-1KB, PGC-2 222kB, SONG 11kB).
Is this OK? if I do not replace battery, what happens? please answer me

As Sander explained, the battery is just for the BIOS clock, so none of the samples, song files or settings should be lost. The date and time will need to be reset after battery replacement, but that should be all.
