Also, what i dont understand is that, there used to appear (rotary speaker low)on the top screen of the display. Is it normal or is there something wrong?

You can "disconnect" the pitch bend in software rather than physically. I would try that first.
The Rotary status appears when the organ is selected. Either by program or in a combination.

Despite scant detail of the problem (i.e. Time related or constant during playing) first check your aftertouch velocity curve - in my experience if this is set very low it causes a world of grief. Global Settings > Aftertouch.
Have you changed your tuning from chromatic sales?
If it's happening over time (as the board continues to warm up) then you have a silicon component issue which will require diagnostics by a tech (unless you know what 'freeze spray' is and how to use it.)
If you can be more specific as to the exact issue then I can assist you much better.

I'm having a similar problem. After I updated to 3.1.2 today, I started hearing some heavy detuning issues. Notes are playing normally and then suddenly drop 1 semitone. So if I'm playing in Quick Layer mode a Piano and a String, the piano is playing C and the string is playing B. The only thing I changed is the OS version. I was in 3.0.4, and when I read that the issues were finally over with the latest upgrade, I downloaded and applied it.

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance.

[Updated] Weirdest part is that if I play through an external keyboard, let's say a layered E. Piano and a Pad, the Pad goes down 1 semitone while the E. P. stays the same. So it's not the keys triggering aftertouch or the like...

[Updated 2] Maybe it has something to do with the pitchbend, like this thread?
