Scale settings reset everytime I change! >:O

I will explain this problem as above;
1) edited the 1. style... set the new quarter scale for style.. saved as style settings... done.
2) returned to check if the scale is still there... scale setting gone!
how can I save scale settings permanently?
edit : DO I HAVE TO MANUALLY CHANGE QUARTER NOTES EVERYTIME I CHANGE THE STYLE? wtf?
