Radius-no volume output!!

Guys
Just got a 2nd hand Radias,when purchased noticed the L/R vol outputs were a bit quiet but ok'ish and headphone output was fine,used once at home(headphones only),now gone to set up in my rig,but,cannot get any output inc the headphone out to to produce any sound,there is a click through the headphones on power up and that's it??
Any thoughts would be much appreciated or am I having to get this in for a pro service/repair??
