Video out
Hi. Is it possible to use a computer monitor to view video out. The input on the monitor is a multi pin plug. I have got a lead with multi pin to RCA but can't get anything working. Any help please. Thanks Rob

It's possible, but if you want to mirror the OS on a computer screen, the quality is pretty much useless. I used to get a much better quality with older models!!! I tried to bring this to their attention, but nobody from KORG was interested to look into it.
In any case, if you've connected the video out to the proper input, then this should work. You just need to go to Global and there's a section where you can change the video settings.

Thanks for your reply Sam.
Ithink I'm doing something wrong here. I''ve connected the cables and tried both PAL and NTSC but no joy. I'll keep on trying tho might be cable problem. Rob

Rob you sure you chose the mirror option? gosh it's been so long, i'm not sure if that it's called. I think you had to select that tab in order to get the screen mirrored on the computer screen.robthemuso wrote:Thanks for your reply Sam.

I believe you need a "composite video RCA to VGA converter" - I can't see how it would work with just a cable....
e.g. https://www.jaycar.com.au/composite-vid ... r/p/XC4906
I may be wrong!!!

None of my monitors have RCA input...that is if there is such a thing. I used to use this converter box:

Looks like there are some "all in one" cable/interfaces available, but I've never used them.
