Hi folks, I am looking for suggestions on how you are balancing the volumes of sounds in set list mode. I have about five or six sounds that are just too soft and get lost in live performance. I could use the volume control in edit of set list mode but I use 60-70 slots and it would be too much work. Any other ideas you may be using? The soft sound are programs mostly. Clavs etc
Thanks

Try putting the Stereo Multiband Compressor in the TFX1. In that effect you can raise the gain to make them louder.

Even better to use the stereo limiter for that to avoid the compression effect if you don't want that.

I haven't actually compared the two in the Kronos but a limiter should just be a compressor with an attack time of 0 and an infinite rate of compression...

I've finally settled into a standard to use on all my combis or sequences:
TFX1: Stereo Multiband Compressor
TFX2: Stereo Master Limiter
This allows for large shaping of the volume and "body" (mid, low-mid, bass) of the whole sound. Great for getting similar levels on all those slots in Set List Mode.
