Record mode problem

Post by tombikadam »

I am rebuilding some styles of mine but ;

as you know, acc1 acc2 acc3 acc4 .....

I put a clarinet sound on acc4 and it is with full reverb...

I put it again for example to acc2 and now it is very dry

I put it acc3 and it is very delayed...

I couldn't find a way to insert FX in RECORD MODE

what will I do?

my OS : 1.2.4 and I will never update

The most important feature of OS v.2 for styles developers , is the direct editing of Mixer/Tuning & Master Effects
functions in Record Mode ! PaSeries Style creators would "Kill" for this function in the past ...
So if you really know how these interfaces "Mixer/Tuning" & "Master Effects" work in Style Mode in any Pa4X OS
then you should love it because it works like a charm ...
I've re-mastered 3 commercial packs with hundreds of styles using this feature and I would had sacrificed ten CDG lyrics
type temporary bugs for this OS v2 feature !

So tombikadam , repeat your same actions in style edit mode and you will see exactly the same behavior ,
and if preset acc4 or any has reverb or not is because this edited Acc track has or not send FX value to specific effect
no matter if you change a sound at clarinet or sax , not to mention that this style might be coming from older PaSeries !
Try to edit a factory style in the same way , save it temporary at user bank and you will see what I mean ...

Hope this helps

PS: Pa4X manual describes all FX inserts & Master effects functions since Pa4X release , so please all of you
devote some time to read it if you really want essential help from us !
