Hello,
I composed and produced an album using only Korg instruments. It falls under the electronic rock/synth rock umbrella. I mostly do instrumental alternative rock music, this is my first attempt at using sequencers and hardware synths for recording.
All the sounds on the album are made using the following:
Korg MicroKorg
Korg Electribe Sampler 2
Korg Volca Bass
Korg Volca Keys
Korg Volca Beats

"Lava Level" - This is fun as can be. Reminds me of Super Mario Bros.
"Microscopic" - This is rich once the drums kick in. There are some really fun interactions between a pair of Leads around the 2:20ish mark, I like that a lot.
"Rotten" - This reminds me of Inspector Gadget for some reason.
"Born to Be Your Grandpa" - This sounds like Electro and Pop had a baby who turned out to be the most sarcastic kid known to man. The Panning is interesting and gives the tune most of its character.
"Duck Toad" - I really like the vocoding on this one. The beat is the most jamming so far.
"Mutiny" - Those vocals, lol..... you guys have a serious sense of humor!
"Olden Folk" - I like Breakbeat and House. What I find interesting about this tune is that you did a House beat (boom, boom, boom, boom) with a tom and paired that with a broken Kick Drum on top. Cool filter automation on that Lead around the 2:00 mark. Fun tune! My new favorite for the album. I think this would make for a really cool music video.
"Vaping My Way to Yoga Class" - This would also make for a fun and interesting music video. Tons of solid panned mid-range Leadwork here. I like it.
I'm not sure why you think this is, "Rock". You guys make Pop.
