Hi all,

I'm new to the forum and would really appreciate some help.

I haven't used my M3 in a while and have just tried to switch it on and it is coming up with an error before it boots up. The message is "Updating Right Panel" then comes up with "PSoC update ERROR occurred". Has anybody seen this before and if so did you manage to fix it and how?

This is a rare problem, the 2 times I've seen it, it was a cold solder joint on one of the circuit boards. Which one I don't know. Get your solder iron out and look for puffy or broken solder joints
