Newbie with a Korg Wavestation SR
Just acquired a vintage Wavestation SR module. The manual is like something from NASA! Can someone explain to me in simpler terms how to change the octave setting on the patches?
Hi and welcome. The Wavestation is one of the most complicated synths ever made. I know two owners, both seasoned synth users and both have thrown their hands in the air. The SR is supposed to be the easiest of them all to use and it's a simple question, not something like "how do I create a Close Encounters of the Third Kind alien communication synth patch?" so hopefully someone will know that off the top of their head.
Stuff I'm using: Umm right now, well there's a Volca Drum, a Micro Freak, an ADX-1, a Pulse, a Blofeld, a UNO Drum, KeyStep/Beatstep Pro/Keystep Pro (one of each), a Circuit, a LiveTrak L-12 and this nonsense: The Brief-case as it was about a bit over a year ago (the the complete ridiculous GAS monster collection here)and here
