I am controlling a Karp Odyssey with external CV.

Portamento and Pitch Control buttons seem to be disabled then (the modulation button still works).
Is there a way to reenable those?

If with a mod, which one would that be?

It seems the cv input goes after the portamento circuit. The reason is that the cv output is also after the portamento and ppc, which has an advantage when controlling other synths from arp (when arp is the master).

The mod is most likely possible, but a decent one would require not only to repatch cv input, but to add a toggle switch to retain standard behaviour. This is a job for a good techinician with experience in audio electronics. Unless you DIY a cheaper solution would be a simple slew limiter between the cv source and arp's cv input (see for reference here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4d_cZN4lTDY). This is also much safer approach.
