Lost the factory preset pad sampler sound.

Got my Korg Kross2 a week ago. I've done Loading the preloaded data, and found that there'are no sound on 16 pad.Can I have those sound back again? Can I download from somewhere? Thanks for help.

Here is what I found, once you insert SD card. the 16 factory samples disappear, you remove th SD card they come back. Strange, may be they are there for demo only until you insert SD card, anyone else ?

I tried that by took out the SD card and turn the Kross on it came back. Thanks.
