Volca FM interference definitive answer

I appreciate this topic has been mentioned before but I'm looking for a definitive answer.
Does the FM have constant low level interference noise no matter what volume operators or any parameters you have on or off on both headphones and internal speaker?
I can hear it in both and although it's not super loud it is noticealble especially annoying if doing some super smooth sinewave bass. I'm using batteries.
