SP-280 Factory Reset

Hey,
Does anybody know how I would go about doing a factory reset on my SP-280? I am having a whole host of problems with it at the moment.
Sometimes when I switch it on, most of the keys are unresponsive bar a few black keys at each end of the instrument which play multiple pitches (8vs) on pressing one key. Sometimes it plays fine for a few moments and then just stops and sustains whatever was being played when it stopped registering any pressing of the keys. Sometimes it plays fine and then I hear a high pitched sound like I have aggressively played one of the top notes and it won't register anything else. Most of the time when any of these things happen, the display and buttons are completely unresponsive.
