Hi I would not be very bothered about this. Possibly the Balkans got
the 1000 and 700 before UK did.My 1000 was one of the first in the Uk
and already had OS version 1.01 from the factory. So far no faults.

All in Balkans and Other countries, the OS is 1.01 and many problems occurred in their devices. No difference between countries i think.

My PA1000 just frozen today while playing and switching between user and factory styles. Need to restart it to bring it back to normal. This is the first time I had this issue thou.. Certainly, there are some issues that needs to be fixed. Send an email to Product support with a video attachment. Hopefully, it's a software issue not a hardware problem. I will keep an eye.
Thanks

Thank you for the information, but I believe I would be more credible with an official KORG announcement confirming that an update is being prepared and expected.

In the meantime it is advisable not to trust in rumors or to prevent to publish problems with freezing and obvious bugs. Better also to confront KORG, because if these are not only one isolated cases, then they have to respond accordingly to the delivery of a satisfactorily functioning OS.

But please do NOT RELY ON RUMORS - that really do not solve any problem.

Yes you are right. But before the updates for other series, korg never announced that "update is coming" . I have some safe information about update how i learned but here i can not write my source :) let our hope that it is near, new update. And i Believe it will improve the problems.

To have some safe information from a secretive source should never prevent publishing information and complaining to the correct address, when claims to an OS update appear legitimate.

Publishing always was a better way to improve problems if necessary.

Only when sufficient information about inadequacies will land reliably in the right place a corresponding reaction may be made - and possibly even KORG will made an announcement in future as to whether and when an OS update will be released.
