How can i use the pa4x to its full potential?

What do you use your pa4x for and how?

Do you have any tricks or certain things you use that normal users may not know about? What are they and how do you go about doing it?

Hi Dhyan
Well Pa4x is a power full machine, I don't know every single tricks about it but for me I use styles, sequencer and mp3 some times.
most of the styles I use I program it my self, I don't use factory styles because the type of music I play, also I use a lot of sequencer I program my own intros fills and endings variations etc. I don't know how much you know about PA4x but I am sure you will find some help here.
good luck
JP

But seriously: I would try to get familiar with the Songbook ASAP.
It's the core of my workflow and very, very powerful.

Hi Dhyan:

To get the full potential of PA4x as on any workstation you must invest time, lots of hours.
As another member said, PA4x is a workstation arranger, so you can do practically the same you could on a workstation (for example, edit or create your on sounds, musical phrases, sequencer edition, etc.) plus the benefits of music styles contained on this powerfull kyb.-
There are no secrets, only work on a pleasant job "make music".-
With regards.
Eduardo

This is a great topic. However, the answer would take many many pages. What do you want to focus on? Styles, Sounds, Playability, Song Management, Keyboard Sets, ????

Why don't you pick a topic and explore everything about it. For example, I use the Midi Style Bot to create new styles all the time and it's a great powerful tool. Try it yourself until you master it. The #1 place to start any arranger keyboard, is to build up your Style inventory.

Good luck and have lots of fun.

first to do that we need more power on the KB, Like better OS and More RAM, There is KorgPaManager tool so you can make you,r set easy.
but not easy to use Korg for full, when there is only 400 mb of ram(800)Cpmres.
and waiting for new os is like waiting for christmas.

In addition to the video Frans mentioned, there are other tutorial videos in the series I have learned from. I find it easier than rather dry manuals.
