Updates?

I know I am beating a long dead horse here, but does anyone have any intel regarding any updates to the E2 firmware? I would love to see some kind of innovative way to bring back the song mode of the EMX. I would also love some miraculous way to add more polyphony.

Any rumors about a E3?

Pattern chaining was added in the last update but this was a couple of years ago and there has been nothing since. I wouldn't hold your breath, I think Korg has turned its back on the E2.
