I have a Korg triton extreme that missing sounds. I’ve done the factory reset and it’s still missing sounds. What to do next

I'm guessing the Triton is the same as all the other Korg synths, so you will need to load the programs and combinations into the synth, I guess on the extreme is was via USB.
