KORG Microsampler bank transfer problem

I recently purchased a Microsampler and I´m trying to send a bank from the Editor (PC, win 7)
I installed the korg USB drivers and the computer recognized the Microsampler the first time I connected to it
Now I´m trying to send/receive a bank from/to the editor and it says that the Microsampler is not recognized
When I installed the drivers, windows said that this it´s an unsigned driver...is this important? could it be the problem?
I reboot the PC a couple times and have no other program running at the same time other than antivirus
please help!
