Issue with my Korg Kross

One of the keys on my kross has suddenly become much harder than usual to press and when it is pressed it makes a clanking sound. The key still works but only when fully pressed down which makes it difficult to play. Visually the key appears to be slightly shorter than the others. I've had this keyboard for about a year and have not had any problems with it until now. Any ideas how I could go about fixing it?
