Sysex internal Prog Korg M1 EX

I am looking for Sysex internal Prog Korg M1 EX. I changed the backup battery and lost the internal data. I have the Prog of the external card. The list of Prog that I am looking for starts with "00 Aeroglide" and ended with "99 Whistler". Thank you !
