Sequencer problem?

Hello,
I'm trying to build some custom pads using sequencer record feature. ( It's much harder to play after metronome and record directly as pad).

1. I record a song in sequencer.
2. I cut the song and leave the measures I need
3. Copy my track to track 10.
4. Go to pad edit/record and import from mid file.

Everything goes fine, except I'm having one empty measure at the beginning of every mid file. I can cut this measure in pad edit, but there are cases when I need all 32 measures and I loose the 32th measure.

Tried to import the midi file in midi editors, and it has an empty measure at the beginning. Tried everything, same result.

Do you know any way to save the midi file without the empty measure (directly from my pa4x)?
Or... do you know a midi editor that allows me to delete an entire measure at once?

Thanks.

Hello everyone...
Last year I had this problem. Now it's still there.
Can anyone help me with any idea about the sequencer? It's clear that it saves one more bar at the beginning of the song. Used some midi trackers to cut that extra bar but with some problems. There must be a solution....
Thanks again

PS I was waiting for OS3.0 but it seems we have to wait longer

Did you try to cut the fist beat in midi file?

P.s. did you try to create style from midi file? When you create style from midi, it removes first empty bar. So after creating style, you copy from style to pad.

If I delete first measure in sequencer, it deletes first valid measure. It seems like it adds the first empty measure during save process
