Need to upgrade KLCae07 but user account is gone

Hi, I have been running the KLC (including Mono/Poly) for too long to remember on a legacy Mac Pro running 10.7.5.

I want to download and install the KLC onto my newer MacBook (10.13.6). In trying to access the id.korg.com site, it does not recognize my account.

I read through this thread about upgrading via the $49.99 upgrade path, but if I can't login, what I'm I to do? Is there a customer support channel?

Your KorgUser.net account information isnt transfered over.
I remember them saying that you had to create a new Korg ID account.

Can this company make using thier products, for which we paid, any more difficult. They've changed this whole Legacy about 4 times I think.Another company I won't be buying anything else from.
