Hi all, I am frustrated with inability to upload any WAV into Korg Kross2, tried various ways, standard, Wav, mono chanel, 16 bit, 44,1 , no success - still the same error.

do you have any wav file that certainly can be imported ?
any help appreciated, yes all recent updated, all perfectly in shape, SD card works, can load other file types.

Edit: tried audiocity export, 48KHz, linear PCM, short name, short length, still the same error.

Edit2: even updated to 1.1 (it was in 1.1. already anyway) no effect :(

thank you for any help/ tip

Hi! Welcome to the forum!
Concerning your problem, are you saving your files inside the DATA folder? In order to recognize files, Kross search them within this specific folder only.

I forgot to mention that you have to format the SD card from the Kross itself too

Yes it finally works - the wav from that page !!! thank you so much , will need to see why... ok got it - I have used samples from :https://github.com/analogcode/toykeyboards

it seems that the major problem was mono samples, Korg Kross 2 needs stereo samples and Lienar PCM encoding of the WAV.. so when I have converted to stereo - they can be loaded. WAU:) fun message then.

anyway thanks a lot !!! the good sample helped me to figure-out the differences.
