Korg iS35 arranger not responding to commands

Hello, I am new at these forums. I have questions about my iS35 arranger. I replaced the floppy drive with a usb unit in order to install other styles in the user bank. The user bank seems to be full, with the same styles as in banks A and B i would like to delete the styles in the user bank. I follow the instructions in the manual but NOTHING gets deleted. I also have tried to do a factory reset and, also, not able to do a factory reset. Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated, Hector
