Kronos Editor Crashing

Hi Folks,

After working fine for a few years the Kronos Editor has started crashing.

I checked my Kronos OS and noticed that an upgrade was available so I took it from 3.1.1 to 3.1.3. I also upgraded the Editor and the drivers.

Tried the Editor again. It sometimes will load all the info from Kronos, sometimes just freezes. If all the info is loaded and I try to move to, say, 'Program' (from 'Setlist') the app just closes down. When it freezes it cannot be closed for around 6 mins, then suddenly will just shut down.

If you look at my other posts - one of the first was about setting up the editor (in Jan 2016). I received very good info and solved the problem then. So, before I posted this I checked this old info out and all seems fine.

So - somewhere down the line I must have missed something.

Any thoughts?

Hi there,

I have always found the Setlist part of the Kronos editor to be the least reliable with occasional crashes or freezes. So I usually choose Onksor instead if I need to work on setlists. Never had problems with the other sections of the editor though.
