Problem in my korg 2019 help

I have some thing error when i open my korg pa qt 600 this error is

((ae error has occurred while saving a resource )))

ok ......I TRIED to update my soft but and its ok but i have new problem

I CAN NOT Lode any set from usb to my korg ....he show my message

((the media is write-protected))

now i tried to go system factory >>and when choice (Execte))

he show my message again ((the media is write-protected))

so....what i do now ....can any body help me ?[/b]

Try Media button, Top Right Dropdown menu arrow, select Unprotect.
