Hey guys, So I have been working on this project over the last few months. Its a 128 step polyphonic midi based step sequencer designed to work with Korg Volcas. I would really appreciate any feedback. Please let me know if you have any questions or if you see any value in this device!

I like! What kind of $ would you look to be charging?

Can you provide more detail such as does it remember the sequence you have recorded into it when turned off, can the MIDI channel be specified, can it run on battery?

Unfortunately, it does not keep sequences in memory. But this is something i have been contemplating. A number of people have been asking about the battery option. It can run on a 9 volt but i need to do more research on current draw. MIDI channel is not adjustable, it sends/ receives midi data on channel 1. Thanks for the questions!

Cheers for the quick reply!
It's certainly a great little creative tool as it stands, but some sort of memory would really lend more for performance as would battery power.

that's good. nice and simple.
have you considered allowing gate length? ie: as you keep your note on, you press the Step button for as many steps as you want it to hold.
you get that on sequencers of this type quite often.
then it would be like the sh101/jx3p sequencer.
does it/can it take its clock from Gate In ?
you could do it as a kit?
midi channel via dipswitch could be possible.
transpose? (via midi in-note? once playing)
you could also consider something else: a chord memory device
loads of people would be into that. a row of button for memories, and be able to store a chord to each one, and then have that chord trigger with single midi note input - like alpha juno chord function, but with memories.
