I don't know why this is so hard to find.
Could someone please tell this guitar player how to change combi patches with a midi controller. Just basic up and down.

Line 6 Helix. I know how to assign midi CC on my controller. I have two switches set to send midi, can assign them whatever number necessary.lidserter wrote:Which controller are you using?
It's the Krome I am having issues with.
My real goal was to be able to recall patches in krome with helix, but from what info I've been able to gather, the most I can do is up/down.
Thank you for responding : )
NOTE: When navigating Presets from the Helix hardware (PRESETS encoder, preset footswitches, PRESET / PRESET , etc.), Helix automatically trans-mits a MIDI Program Change message corresponding to the selected preset. If you'd prefer Helix to not automatically transmit or receive PC messages, turn "Global Settings > MIDI/Tempo">Knob4(MIDIPCSend/Receive) off
You may have disabled this thus preventing your helix to send program changes. However your controller isn't programmable, and it only sends the same program as your guitar fx: you would need to save programs and combis on the korg side in those presets that you need krome and guitar

JJ
