I don't have a Kross 2, can I ask you, when you set Key Transpose to +1 and record something into the sequencer, will it be recorded transposed? Let's say I hit C#5 when it records, then it would record a D-5, right?
I'm asking because the Kross lacks a bit of transpose jobs or functions compared the mid-range arrangers, so I would like to at least have it record the transposed keys (what you hear).
Thanks a lot!
Will it record transposed?

The whole timbre or only the notes that I record after I have changed the transpose setup-parameter?voip wrote:Transpose is available as one of the setup parameters in Sequencer mode so, when the song is played back, the affected timbres will be transposed, as intended.
.
In other words, when I have not yet learned to play certain things on the keyboard, and e.g. all I could play was "C-4 E-4 G-4 ... C-4 E-4 G-4", how can I get the Kross to create a song that goes "C-4 E-4 G-4 ... C#4 F-4 G#4"?
Would such a song need two tracks for me, one that I can play and another one that I play and transpose? Or is there a way to create this song in only one track? Or even better, with only one timbre (only one MIDI program change at the beginning so to speak) in one track?
I'm asking because a 'transpose job' like other systems offer it is able to transpose a selection that goes from a start to an end. This seems to be missing in the Kross, so, maybe there's a workaround, maybe not, maybe one can be happy without it anyway. I just can't really test it myself currently.
Kind regards
