Korg Prologue box contents

I recently bought myself a Korg Prologue 16 synth for £1199 at my local music store which was an Ex Demo unit. I think this is a fantastic sounding synth and it actually looks and feels like a professional synth unlike some other synths that look like home keyboards.

Anyway, the Prologue only came boxed with the power cable. There were no quick start manual and stickers. I phoned my local music store and asked why there is no quick start manual and stickers and they told me when they unboxed the synth it only came with the power cable and nothing else. I told them that there should be a quick start manual and stickers so they phoned Korg and was told that some Ex Demo units come boxed with only the power cable. Is this true? Please advise.
