Trinity Memory Loss

Hi guys,
I bought my first Trinity V3 (with PBS-TRI and HDR-TRI) yesterday and I noticed a problem with the keyboard not being able to retain any loaded sets when it gets powered off. I didn't think it's the battery since I haven't seen any battery warnings. So I powered on the keyboard and held ENTER + 5 to enter the diagnostics or troubleshooting mode and I noticed two errors, one with MIDI (Error 1 Step 1) and another with the battery (Error 1 Step 1).
Can that be fixed with a simple battery replacement or is there a deeper issue with the board or something? I attached a screenshot for reference.
