Kronos USB RDD on Windows

Post by erasurfer »

Hi.
I have been bouncing off my tracks to MIDI and WAV on my USB disk.
In the kronos everything is fine. Everything reads and plays perfectly.
Now the problem is that my windows OS isn't reading the USB drive when I want to edit or copy the files onto windows. Windows shows the disk space occupied by the kronos files but it wont show up on Windows.

Any fixes to this?

Thanks!

There is no reason for that.
Even with Windows 10 you can format a usb stick in Fat 32
Retry : Format your USB Stick in Fat 32 with Windows then insert your usb in the Kronos and copy your midi and tracks one more time.
Then I think windows will read your usb and their files.

Formatting a USB thumb drive on a PC is conditional A newer USB 3.0 of a larger size will NOT have an option for FAT32. Best to format you USB device on the Kronos.
