Possible to transfer minilogue patches to minilogue XD?

I have a minilogue and was considering the minilogue XD since it has some really great features, but I love a lot of the patches I've programmed into my minilogue and I wouldn't want to try to rebuild them in the XD. It seems a little ridiculous to have both synths, so my thought was I'd get the XD and sell the first minilogue, but only if I knew I could still have some of my old patches. Does anyone know if it's possible to transfer minilogue patches to the minilogue xd? Does the XD librarian even recognize the minilogue?
