How do I get 64 bit version of korg Legacy???

Hi all,
I've been using the Legacy Software for a few years.
A few months back I went through the migration process and everything downloaded and installed.
When I start Ableton and try to use one of the plug ins, I get a dialog saying that the plugin might be incompatible.
I did a little searching and found that this indicates that the plugin is 32 bit not 64 bit.
I went to 'about this mac'->system report->applications and looked up the Korg stuff and it's all listed as 'not' 64 bit. When I look on the website I see notices that ALL of the stuff is supposed to be 64 bit now. The versions I have installed are the latest versions.
So what does one have to do to get the 64 bit versions of these programs? I've tried everything on the web site and I either end up at the page to download the same versions I have already installed (I tested this), or at the Korg shop which only seems to have upgrade bundles that include the triton stuff, or the bundle for m1le users. I don't want to upgrade (and spend more money).

Any help?

thanks,

keith

The 64-bit version is a free download for registered users. Go to the site used for registering the software, log in, and the download link should then become available.

I've done this. There's the window on the left with my 'owned' apps and below it the spaces for coupons and other links. I go to the download page and this is where I get the 32 bit versions..... :(

Go to Account Information->Your Products/Downloads/Offers and you'll see the updates.

Note that they only update the plugins to 64-bit, and not the standalones, which still aren't available in 64-bit.

I'm lost in the woods on how to upgrade from 32- to 64-bit, too. Here's what I have done so far...

1) I logged into my account at www.korguser.net
2) I see my "Registered Softwares" (M1, MDE-X, Mono/Poly, MS-20, Polysix, WAVESTATION, LegacyCell)
3) I see nothing about updating to 64-bit anywhere on this page.

Where am I going wrong? Do I need to purchased the Korg Collection 2 - Special Bundle v2 Upgrade for Legacy Bundle?

Is my problem that I'm trying to play the stand-alone instruments, and I can't because they're ONLY available for the plugins in 64-bit per ROBOJAM's comment???

Thanks for any help you guys can provide.

The plug ins are 64 bit. Afaik the stand alone apps are not. I tried looking for info on Korgs website to see if that changed in V2, but I couldn’t find any. Later on today when I upgrade, I’ll report back here, if someone else hasn’t already.

EDIT: I opened all of the stand alone app and did not get the typical warning from macOS about outdated software. Mind you, my computer may have given up telling me since I'm on Mojave and have not updated to Catalina yet.

Sadly I can't make it work. I'm on Catalina, so no way to run the 32bit apps anymore. The standalone App has the warning sign in it, so I can't even open it.

Your problem sounds exactly the same as mine.
I solved it (partially) by using the upgrade coupons (to the right of the Korg User Net page. That allows you to purchase V2 / 64bit version. I said partially as one of my products although successfully showing up in Logic Pro, the other, M1, is missing. Anyway, thought this may help if you hadn't figured it out. :)

Solved... just needed a rescan on plugins in logic. Somehow it didn't pull it in.
