Downloading from the PA4X to the PA1000

I'm currently looking at using a PA1000 as backup to my PA4x. Would there be any issues in downloading the 4x data to the 1000? I'm particularly interested if there would be any concerns on the transfer of my Songbook data. Would the selection of OS. have any influence on the transfer.?

You may come across issues with sounds that are not available in the Pa1000 and styles that may also not be available. I would save the songbook from the Pa1000 and then using the Songbook editior on a pc copy the content from your Pa4x songbook to the pa1000 songbook. There is a Webinar tutorial on the Korgworld.co.uk site which covers the Songbook Editor.

all done ..
my back up to the pa4x is my pa1000...i did a load of the styles and my songbook work just fine ...and i fine out i do not use most of the stuff on the pa4x ,,,
tc helicon harmony , i use maybe 5 setting . same setting on the pa10000...

none of the sounds made in V3 work on the 1000 without using the PA Manager

all of my styles are just from the pa4x .. os 2.2 ... not os 3
and i do not know about the Pa Manager ...
i just tranfer the styles ... Not the sounds ..
my song book from the pa4x work in the pa1000 ... 99% fine ...
I did not do sounds or STS... or pads ...
my sd card in the pa4x and pa1000 are the same ,,, so the song list work great ...
I do not use the os v3..... so sound made in V3 or in the the PA Manager ...
that all I know ...
