Pa3x Sets compatible with Pa1000?

Since the 3x was released earlier than the pa1000, is it possible to load pa3x Sets onto the pa1000?
The one thing to note is PA3x has 12 fav and 3 user. So choose not To load a whole set, just 12 banks at a time maximum. I use PaManager because it shows the the PA3x bank screen and a Pa1000 bank Screen Side by side on PC.
